A good variety of gummies.Find your center and well grounded helped me feel calmer. Lazer focus has been helpful in increasing my dwindling energy. It’s been rather stressful up here in northern Calif. Lotta fires, fear of fires, power outages etc. mindfulness meditation helps too. Very uncertain times for seniors and young people.
