Enter these beautiful gummies. I took three the first night because the package says one or two, and what is that gonna do for a girl who wasn't knocked out by prescription level sedatives?? But honestly, I got knocked out within the hour. The next night, I tried two instead of three, and I took them much earlier (like 9 pm). I didn't even see the clock strike 10:30. I woke up WITHOUT AN ALARM at 7 am the next morning. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but we're talking about someone who usually sleeps past 2 pm without the annoying help of an alarm.
