What's Edobles' policy on returns and refunds?
Returns: At Edobles, we keep it cool and straightforward. If you have an unopened product you wish to return, we've got a 30-day window post-delivery for you. Make sure the item is untouched, still in its initial packaging, and don't forget the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used items, or if your return request sails past the 30-day mark after delivery.
Refunds: As soon as we receive your return, we'll inspect it and shoot you an email confirming its receipt, letting you know the verdict on your refund request. If all systems are go for your refund, we'll get that processed, and a credit will find its way to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days.

I need to request a return label? What do I do?
In need of a return label? No sweat. Log into your account, take a stroll over to MY ORDERS, and hit See Details for the order you're looking to return. Click on Return or Replace Items just below the order number, and fill out the return form. Be sure to include why you're making the return, the resolution you're after (replacement, refund, or an extra item), and any additional notes. Don't forget to upload some photos for proof of purchase and the item you're returning. If you need a replacement sent to a different address, tick the "add a different shipping address" box.
