Can you explain the subscription agreement terms?

As a part of our subscription arrangement, we require you to register as a member on our site. This comes with the agreement that you'll be receiving promotional emails, inclusive of offers from third parties and our monthly newsletter. Don't want them? No problem, you can opt out at any point. Being a subscriber means that each month you'll receive a specially-curated package containing your subscribed items. For this, you agree to the monthly subscription fee, which is processed using a trusted third-party payment service. You're free to cancel your membership at any point through your account page. Just be aware that if you forget to cancel at least a day ahead of your next scheduled order, the auto-renewal will kick in!

I'm looking to cancel my subscription - how do I do it?

Looking to halt your subscription? Simply navigate to your account page, click on the "Subscriptions" tab on the side menu, locate the subscription you'd like to suspend, and click "cancel." This will immediately stop any future subscription deliveries and payments, but don't fret, you're always welcome to resubscribe or start a fresh subscription at any time!

If I toss in non-subscription items into my subscription order, is shipping still on the house?

Absolutely, shipping charges will apply for orders under $100 that include non-subscription items. Free shipping comes as a perk strictly with subscription orders.

Is it possible to shuffle around my subscription billing date?

While we can't offer the flexibility of changing the billing date, you can always choose to skip the charges for a month and await your next scheduled delivery.

What's the deadline for cancelling a subscription before the next billing cycle hits?

You have the power to cancel your subscription up to 24 hours before the billing date rolls around, or you can choose to press pause on that month's subscription and resume with the next scheduled delivery.

Does free shipping come as a perk with subscription orders?

Yes, indeed! All our subscription orders come with free shipping.

My order "Needs Payment." What does this mean?

Your order was received, but we’re still awaiting payment to fulfill it. This is usually related to product subscriptions with a failed payment. You may need to update your credit or debit card before we can process and ship your order.

To change your Subscription payment method: 

  1. Go to the Subscriptions tab in your Account.
  2. Click "View" on the subscription item you wish to edit. 
  3. Click on the Edit icon next to "Payment Details"
  4. Select the existing payment method you wish to use or add add a new card.
  5. If using an existing payment method, click on it and save your changes. If adding a new payment method, fill out your information and save your changes.
