Do you have a mobile app?
Because some of the products we sell contain cannabis, mobile app stores won’t allow us to develop our own app. With virtual apps, also known as progressive web apps, however, we’ve found a way to give you all the benefits of a mobile app without breaking any rules!
So in short, we don’t have an app you can find in an App Store, but when you download our virtual app from our website on your phone, you can still get notified about your order, account, and even secret promotions!
Why would I want the app?
The Edobles app is great for many reasons, but here are just a few reasons to get our app:
- Instantly and easily get notifications on your order, including shipping updates, delivery statuses, and more.
- Get notified about changes or updates about your account.
- Enjoy in-app exclusive deals, offers, and promotions.
- Get 500 reward points when you install the app and enable notifications!
How do I install the app on an Android?
To install the app on an Android, follow these simple steps:
- Tap the "three dot" icon in the upper right of this browser & select ”Add to Home Screen” or “Install App”, depending on your Android device or browser.
- You should now see a new Edobles application icon on your phone’s Home Screen.
- Open the Edobles app by tapping the new app icon.
- Once the app is open, you will be prompted to allow push notifications. Enable push notifications.
- That’s it! You will now receive valuable push notifications and 500 reward points!
How do I install the app on an iPhone?
To install the app on an iPhone, follow these simple steps:
- Tap the “Share” icon on this browser & select the “Add to Home Screen” option in the share popup.
- You should now see a new Edobles application icon on your phone’s Home Screen.
- Open the Edobles app by tapping the new app icon.
- Once the app is open, you will be prompted to allow push notifications. Enable push notifications.
- That’s it! You will now receive valuable push notifications and 500 reward points!
I enabled the app but it’s not working.
If you enabled the app but are not getting push notifications, please go to your Account, whether on the app or on your browser, and click on Notifications. Once there, ensure you have enabled push notifications for order & shipment updates and/or special in-app offers.
If your push notifications are enabled from your account but they are still not working:
On Android:
- Open your device's Settings
- Go to "Notifications & Status Bar" and then "App Notifications"
- Toggle “Allow Notifications” on Edobles.
On iPhone:
- Open your device’s Settings.
- Open Edobles in the Settings.
- Tap “Notifications”
- Toggle “Allow Notifications” on.
