How can I earn points by referring people?

To earn points via referrals, simply send your sign up link to a friend and have them sign up using that link. Once they spend over $50 on a purchase while logged into their account, you'll receive 2,500 reward points!

How does the referral process work?

When you visit your Account and navigate to the Rewards page, you will see an option to enter a friend's email address. Enter the email and hit "Invite" to send them an invitation to join Edobles. Your friend simply needs to set up their account and make a purchase of at least $50. After your friend fulfills these requirements, you will receive an email confirming that you have earned 2,500 points!

Can I earn points for leaving reviews?

To earn points for reviews, just log into your account and leave a review. You'll earn 100 points per review. Please note that you can only receive points for reviews left on products you've purchased while logged into your account.

If I change my mind on a redeemed reward, can I get a refund for my points?

No. All redeemed rewards are final. We cannot refund rewards points if you change your mind.

What do different Order Statuses mean?

Your order status tell you the status of any order you’ve placed with us. Here’s a quick summary of what each status means:

  • Needs Manual Review: Your order was flagged for security reasons and is being manually reviewed by one of our agents to make sure everything looks good. This process usually takes a few hours and rarely ever more than 1 business day. Hang tight! 
  • Ready to Ship: Your order was processed and accepted, we’re working on preparing your products and sending them your way!
  • Pending Shipment: Your order was processed, prepared, and is waiting to be picked up by our carrier.
  • Partially Shipped: Part of your order has shipped and is on its way to you. Some items, however may arrive separately and at later dates.
  • Completed: Your order was processed, shipped, and sent out to you. You'll receive a tracking number for your order and should expect it to show up soon! 
  • Needs Payment: Your order was received, but we’re still awaiting payment to fulfill it. This status is usually related to a product subscription with a failed payment. You may need to update your credit card or other information. 
  • Canceled: Either you or a member of our team has canceled your order. You will not be charged and the order will not be fulfilled. If you didn’t cancel your order, please contact our customer support team.

My order status says "Needs Manual Review." What does this mean?

Your order was flagged for security reasons and is being manually reviewed by one of our agents. Once we confirm your order is not fraudulent and you are over the age of 21, your order will be approved and shipped.

If our agents require additional information to verify your account, you may receive a call from them. This usually only happens with first-time customers and once we verify your details, you're verified forever. This step is taken to prevent both, potential customers and existing customers from falling victim to fraud, scams, or theft. Age verification is required under federal laws and regulations. 

If our team determines that your order is not fraudulent and you are of legal age to consume our products, your order will be approved. If our team determines that your order is fraudulent or you are underage, or they can't get in contact with you after several attempts, your order will be canceled. 

This process usually takes a few hours and rarely ever more than 1 business day. No other action is needed from your side, just hang tight!

How do I enter the giveaway?

To enter our giveaway, you need to follow 4 simple steps: 

  1. Submit your information to create an account in the designated form.
  2. If you don't have an account with us, check your email within a few minutes and verify your account information. If you already have an account with us, you can skip this step
  3. Within 30 minutes, your Rewards page will reflect your new gift card balance, and you'll also receive an email with your free gift card details.
  4. Happy shopping!

My order "Needs Payment." What does this mean?

Your order was received, but we’re still awaiting payment to fulfill it. This is usually related to product subscriptions with a failed payment. You may need to update your credit or debit card before we can process and ship your order.

To change your Subscription payment method: 

  1. Go to the Subscriptions tab in your Account.
  2. Click "View" on the subscription item you wish to edit. 
  3. Click on the Edit icon next to "Payment Details"
  4. Select the existing payment method you wish to use or add add a new card.
  5. If using an existing payment method, click on it and save your changes. If adding a new payment method, fill out your information and save your changes.

Can gift cards be returned?

No, gift cards are non-refundable.

Can I use multiple gift cards at once?

No, only one gift card can be used per order.

Can I pay for an order with a gift card AND a credit card?

Yes, if the total of your order is more than the balance remaining on your gift card, the remaining amount will be charged to your other payment method, be it a debit or credit card.

Can I use less than the full balance of my gift card?

Yes, if your order total is less than the total available balance on your gift card, you can use the remaining balance on a later purchase.

Can I purchase a gift card with sales and promotions?

No, our sales and discounts don't apply to gift cards.

Can I buy a gift card for someone else?

Absolutely! You can either copy and paste your gift card code and send it to the intended receiver of the gift card or you can forward them the email we send you containing your gift card information. 

Please be aware that to check a gift card's balance, the person receiving the gift card needs to input the email used to originally purchase the gift card. 

Are your gift cards virtual only or will you mail me a physical gift card?

Our gift cards are virtual only. All you need is the code attached to your gift card and you'll be able to apply the balance at checkout.

Someone I referred made a purchase but I didn’t get a reward.

There could be several reasons you haven’t gotten a reward after your referee has made a purchase.

  1. The order hasn’t shipped.
  2. They didn’t spend $50 or more.
  3. They didn’t use your referral code during checkout.

If the person you referred made a $50+ order, used your code, and has already gotten their order shipped, please contact customer support for assitance. 

My referee has not received an email. What do I do?

If your referee didn’t get an email from us, tell them to look in their spam inbox.

If the email isn't there either, you can find your referral code on your account under the Rewards tab. You can share this code manually and all your referee needs to do is use it during checkout to get you your Edobles points.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer to Edobles?

No! You can refer as many people to us as you'd like. For every person you refer that makes a $50 purchase, you get 2,500 Edobles points ($25 value). For every 5 people referred, you'll get an extra 2,500 points, bringing your total to $150 in points!

Can I see if the person I referred made a purchase?

To see if the person you’ve referred has already made a purchase at Edobles, head over to the Rewards tab in your account.

There, you’ll see any Edobles points you’ve gained from purchases made by your referrals. Please keep in mind that purchases made by referees may not appear immediately on your dash. They will only appear once the order has been shipped. 

Is anybody eligible to enter this giveaway?

Yes! No purchase is necessary to enter our giveaway. All customers, new and existing, are welcome to participate and win! However, only one gift card is allowed per household. 

The best part about our giveaway is that your free gift card can be used in conjunction with our sales and discounts, meaning you get even more bang for none of your buck!
