What do I win if I enter the giveaway?

If you enter the giveaway, you'll win a FREE $25 gift card to be used on anything in our store, except for other gift cards.

Do giveaway gift cards expire?

Yes, our giveaway gift cards expire one month from the day you receive it.

But don't worry, you won't be able to hold on to it that long, because when you use your free gift card in conjunction with our sales and promotions, the savings are endless!

Will I get a free gift card every time I submit the form?

No, only one gift card is allowed per customer. Once you enter your email address, you will no longer be eligible to win another gift card. Additionally, we only allow one giveaway gift card per shipping address.

I haven’t received my giveaway gift card.

While your gift card will usually get delivered to your email immediately after entering the contest, it could take up to 24 hours. If it has been more than 1 day since you signed up and you still haven’t received your gift card, please contact our customer support team

How long after I order will my products arrive?

Your order will arrive 3-5 business days after placement. 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE 3-5 day shipping within the United States for orders over $99. If orders are under $99, a standard shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied.

Where do your products ship?

We ship throughout the United States, but it depends on the ingredient. While hemp-derived products are federally legal under the Farm Bill of 2018, state laws vary. Every product page on our site is equipped with an interactive shipping map detailing what states specific products can and cannot be shipped to.

Where can I find my package and tracking number?

Once your order is shipped, the shipping agent will provide you with a tracking number via e-mail. You will also be able to view the tracking number in your account once you login here

If the tracking status states that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping agent or your local post office for further assistance. We recommend opening a research of delivery claim with the shipping agent which may help in locating your packages whereabouts. 

Please be aware there can sometimes be a delay in actual delivery time with packages and that tracking can be delayed as well.
